Please identify the four courses you would be most interested in taking. Remember that while you list four course options, you will only take one course during IFS.
IFS is a residential program housed in Foster Quad. All university and residence hall policies apply. Do you agree to live in a double-occupancy, air-conditioned, nonsmoking room?
If you would like assistance with any special needs you may have related to disabilities, health concerns, or other issues, briefly describe below the nature of your needs and the required accommodation(s).
A limited number of need-based grants are available through the IFS office for IFS. You must have submitted the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) to be considered. Program grants will be distributed as funds allow. You will be contacted if you qualify for an IFS grant. Would you like to be considered for the program grants?
Are you a 21st Century Scholar participant through the State Student Assistance Commission of Indiana? (Indiana residents only)
A $125 nonrefundable program fee is required to reserve your space in IFS. This fee will be charged to your Indiana University bursar account in early summer, and will also include IFS tuition, fees, housing, and other charges.
